Back in 1989 Murray began creating full cap prosthetic hairpieces for women with alopecia totalis and universalis. Wanting to give customers the benefit of suction cap security without the use of tapes or adhesives, Murray and Averill oversaw extensive research and development, resulting in Freedom Hair’s permeable silicone caps. Using the latest advancements in 3-Dimensional Scanning for prosthesis and the use of medical grade materials, Freedom Hair is proud to offer the Freedom II Cap. With this, thousands of people throughout the world have discovered newfound confidence and freedom.
