Do
- Wash your hairpiece at least once a week.
- Shampoo immediately after (same day) exposure to chlorine pools and saltwater.
- Wear a sun-hat, scarf, or UV protection (for hair) when exposed to direct sunlight for long durations of time.
Don’t
- Use InStylers or any other styling tool that rotates and/or pulls.
- This may pull hair from the cap.
- Use any Hot Rollers.
- This may permanently damage your hair.
- Use any firm mousses, gels, or sprays.
- This may permanently damage your hair.
- Allow heavy exposure to sunlight (no long periods of time).
- This may permanently damage your hair.
- Use rubber-bands… fabric-covered bands only.
- Use heavy Claw-clips.
- The weight may pull the hair out of the cap.
- Rest your hairpiece on flat surfaces at night. Always keep it stored upright on an object smaller than your head.
- To avoid stretching of the cap.
