- Make an appointment to meet in person to take your laser scan and fill out your order specifications. This is necessary only once.
- I send you a sample fit cap and hair-sample to ensure a proper fit. This is approx. 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment.
- If everything meets your approval, the implanting process begins on your Freedom II Hairpiece.
- Expect your Freedom to arrive within another 7-9 weeks.

We have many experienced professional hair stylists throughout the country that I can refer you to OR you can use your own stylist
Can my hairpiece be colored?
Yes it can… both highlighted and low-lighted, and all-over color by your stylist.
When can I expect a repair?
Typically after 15-18 months of wear.
Is there a warrantee?
Yes. 1 year on workmanship.
What type of hair products do I use?
Professional only (both shampoo and conditioner) or anything recommended by your hair stylist.
Can I wear my hair up in a ponytail?
Absolutely… and you cannot do that with wigs.
Can I go swimming or perform rigorous exercise while wearing my hairpiece?
Yes… you are free to live an active lifestyle!
Can I sleep in my hairpiece?
No. It is not recommended to wear your hairpiece to bed.
What is the daily maintenance?
Clean the inside of the cap and your head with soap & water at least once a day (usually in the morning). Shampoo and condition once a week or whenever necessary.
If I lose or gain weight will my hairpiece still fit?
Usually with a weight fluctuation of more than 25 lbs. you may notice a difference in the fit. If your hairpiece becomes ill-fitting or uncomfortable you may need to be re-scanned.
